Our Story

Oil & Water Deck Refinishing is a locally owned family business operating in the western metro of Minneapolis. Alex and Owen Sweeney who first founded the company in 2008, serviced the community for many years providing excellent quality work. Specializing in the power washing and oiling of exterior wood surfaces.

Since 2017, Oil and Water has been proudly operated by Eli Sweeney. Being an active member in the Chanhassen community, Eli prides himself on delivering a quality product at a great cost. One of Eli’s strong suits is his unparalleled customer service, and relentless dedication to customer satisfaction. When he is not Oiling Decks, Eli is working towards his degree at Mankato State University.
